In dark chocolate, the higher percentage of cocoa, the lower the amount of sugar. Most people on paleo or zone who eat chocolate just eat a small amount, but, dark. Milk chocolate will have lactose and more sugar, and can create more intestinal problems, and have a higher Glycemic Index.

This chart is relevant for those with age considerations, to broadly give you an idea of what Rip is referring to (re: "And the program works the same for fat older guys as it does for skinny younger guys"). More T is quicker recovery, faster development. Less T and the SS program still works, just not as quickly.

edit: this chart is for males, i'd like to see a female one if someone can find it
