Snatch - up to 82.5 kg, same manner as two days ago
C&J - up to 107.5 kg. Move up in weight next time by 2.5

Shoulder press
55kg/5 x3 sets

GHR

Muscle up deadhang full rom assisted
-32 kg/5 x3

Saturday:
Snatched 85 kg and c&j 110 this weekend. Barely missed 115 & 117.5 clean.
Felt pretty beat though before even started.

Sunday:
Moved a safe. What a *****! About 200-250 lbs, slippery ends, up 3 flights of stairs by myself.

Today: Back, abs and forearms are pretty sore from the safe lifts
BW 223 lbs

1 rep every 75 sec (cut down on rest a tad)

C&J (switched to split cleans - took 10 kgs off all working weights starting last workout)

97.5 (214)

Up c&j next time by 2.5 kg. Was much better than last time.

Bench press 85 kg/5 x3 sets - 187 lbs
GHR with 10 kg plate/5 x3 sets
Dead hang muscle up assisted with 28 kg/5 x3 sets (60 lbs)

Back squat practice with 35 kg/5 x3 sets (77 lbs)
