Thur. 8/30/07
a hodgepodge of stuff ...late@ night...running out of time and energy

10 pull ups - unbroken -yeah!!!! FINALLY GOT TO 10!!!!!!!!
8- 3/4 hspu almost there..these are SO hard
10 pistols on ea leg
30 pushups unbroken
5 min. double unders all broken...so hard
3 rounds of 5 ea L-ups
15 dips
3 sets of 2 ring dips why are these so hard?
15 squats 68# need more weights..BADLY...thats all i got

Today I think I'm ready to get on a schedule and get these wods done early. I was done by 9:00! What a great feeling knowing your DONE.

32:00
21-15-9
squat cleans-65# all broken into 5's
l-ups- legs slightly bent w/ all again all broken into 5's
thrusters--65# all broken into 5's as well.
hspu's- first 5 were 1/2 way down remaining on all 3 rounds were done off 22" stool.
I'm actually pretty happy w/ this time.
Close to pukie twice.

Ate at Dads
ssooooooo good... lasagna and meatballs.... the BEST

oh yeah, 5 cookie dough balls for breakfast and about 5 more for dessert. Not good but soooooooooooo good
Had to make them for Dad. His favorite. I'ts been sooooooooo long since I've gobbled those down like I did. Enjoyed every second

Good to see that you did that workout. I for one hate high repetition workouts. Did the Dirty Thirty recently and it hurt. Couldn't even imagine doing the Filthy Fifty.

Hey Sarena!
I've been posting on the front page a lot lately. Congrats on being a Grandma ! I feel awful never getting back to you via telephone. I am truly the worst phone person. I have trouble calling everyone back. I have to be on the phone so much as it is. I will promise to catch up w/ you one day. I'm now just tring to catch up on my WOD log. Anyway, I hope all is very well w/ you. I'm sure you are as busy as ever!
