Thanks Dave, Yea being able to finally see the top of my abs is probably the coolest thing that has happened to me in a very long time. Can't wait to see the other parts of my abs lol

Great progress Michael. I am guessing that some of your clothes are fitting differently.

Yea all of them. I'm in the phase where a large is too tight on my shoulders and chest but an Extra Large looks like a Moo-Moo on me. Also the pants situation also sucks... I mean I'm a 38 waist but I guess I just have a smaller butt than most that wear 38's . I can't wait till clothes finally fit the way they should, right now its one of those try something on look at it and say ok 2 more weeks and I can wear that. Its a fun game. Plus since I still have all of my clothes from when I was 21 and in great shape at 205lbs, Its fun to keep looking how close I am to wearing them.

The best thing is that last year when I was 20lbs lighter I was wearing the same clothes I am now and they were too small on me then. Now they are too big, Its true what they say the scale lies go with body comp and results!

Re: My Wild Adventure - Pics as well

I have been sick for the last 5 days or so... Not able to breathe right and didn't want to push myself and make it worse. I felt about 80% today but said what the heck and did the WOD from a few days ago.

September 10, 2008

Day: 169

WOD:

Fight Gone Bad
3 Rounds 1 minute each excersie 1 minute break between rounds
2 20lb dumbbell thrusters reps
75lb SDHP reps
15" Box Jump reps
75lb Push-Press reps
Row Cals

Round 1 25/15/15/17/8 - 90
Round 2 16/12/10/16/9 - 63
Round 3 12/12/12/12/8 - 56

Total = 209 PR

WOW! I can't believe I PRed this !!! I was only about 80% healthy. Wow I can't wait to try this one again.

Here are the results from 6/25/08:

Round 1 21/13/15/10/9
Round 2 14/11/11/10/8
Round 3 10/10/10/13/8

Total = 173

I am so happy with the results. The endurance was really there in the muscles this time. I know my rowing calories should be higher, I'm not using a C2 I'm using a cheaper magnetic rower which is the only thing I could afford when I started working out almost a year ago, before crossfit. Totally wish I never made the purchase but it still makes you feel the burn.

So happy about my PR!!!!!

September 11, 2008

Day: 170

2 games of softball

In between innings I did push-ups and sit-ups. Really hot outside and lots of running, my team isn't very good. So I'd say it was a decent easy workout.

Re: My Wild Adventure - Pics as well

September 15, 2008

Day: 174

Warm-up:
2 Rounds:
Run 400m
10 OHS 45lb
10 Good Mornings 45lb
10 push-ups
10 GHD situps
10 Bench Dips

WOD:
Fran
21-15-9
85lb Thrusters
Pull-ups (Assisted with the Green Strap from Iron Woody)

Time: 14:27

Very unhappy about this one. I have been sick for the last 2 weeks and have had to take a lot of time off. Still sick but really don't want to lose what I have worked so hard for. Have never done Fran with the Green Strap so that made this one really hard on top of being sick and probably losing some endurance over the last 2 weeks. Anyways I am very unhappy and plan on hitting it really hard for the next month or so no matter what. Oh yea and I have a wrist injury that keeps coming back so hopefully that doesn't kill my training, I will be ****ed.
