400m run
10 OHS 45lb
10 Good Mornings 45lb
10 Push-ups
10 Jumping Pull-ups
10 GHD situps
10 Bench Dips

Ended with 400m Run

Total Time: 25:49

Stepped up the Number of rounds Almost ready to dive into the WOD
