Injury Recovery Log

Suffered from a bulging disk in my lower, it fixed itself luckily but I was out for almost a year. Since then deployed and figured step one too not feeling sorry for myself was to get my strength back. Started crossfit off and on about three months ago and love it. figured I would start a log and track my recovery. Look forward to any advise..... from the crowed.

Re: Injury Recovery Log

Today's workout as Rx'd: 10:30 315/225/225
Started off with 315 on DL but after the first ten relized that with that weight the workout would take me 30min to finish, so I cut it down and was a lot faster. Still trying to figure how to pace these workouts, but I guess thats the fun of it right.

Re: Injury Recovery Log

3 rounds for time:
10 weighted pull-ups (35#)
30 back extentions

time: 8:00

Back started getting very tight at the end, considering my lower back was where my injury was. But this was a good test to see how hard I can work my back out. Feel good with the results.
