Hey everyone!
Im new to these boards because of my new interest in gymnastics. I have never really completed any gymnastics classes before in my life and am very new to it (basically, u can call me a noob). well anyway, my current plan is to lose as much fat as possible and then start there for gymnastics. I wanted to know if u guys can give me some exercises i can practice in the meantime so i can be much more prepared later on. I found this article very helpful: http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/229/. If theres anything else u guys can tell me what to do, thatll b great. thx! |
