My entirely awesome wife got me a real clubbell for my holiday gift. It just arrived. What a nice tool! Had a great workout, my forearms are grumbling loudly.
Looking forward to learning more about using it (the present included the Sonnon video, too), and to integrating it into my CF workouts.

I picked up a 5# and 10# one a few months ago. Plan on getting more.

I've got 5's, 10's, 15's, 20's, and 25's.

The 15's are the ones used the most with my clients but the 20's are my absolute favorite.

Train hard with them and you'll see some serious results.

Awesome, Jon! Welcome to the Club(bell)!

I look forward to reading about your experiences with it. It will be cool to see how you integrate it into your workouts!

I started with the 10s and got great results. Now I use the 15s most often (my favorites), but I also love the 35s. With the Mobilized Strength book by Head Coach Dan Chomycia, it's possible to get some impressive results using 5 lb CBs too.

Yeah, I'm loving that 15.
Still figuring them out, in a major way.

I got a pair of 15lb-ers for Christmas plus the DVD. I've been working them into my warm-ups and on my off-days. They definitely are unlike any fitness gear I've ever used. I'm looking forward to being able to use them in a more metabolically challenging workout.
