Wed- long day 4:30 to 8PM.
Rowing and normal workout- 2k worth of rowing or more.
GHD- 5,10,20 reps did not feel that well on the back its sore.
Ski erg and bike.
3 rounds 3:00 on and 2:00 off
750 meters ski erg
21 dl at 215
remainder of time rope climbs- 1,2,1
Power snatch- 45-175 almost hit 185. My timing and form is off. Up and down, then some hang up to 165.
Power clean- 10 sets 135-235# took it easy on my sore back.
50# db thrusters each hand
More rowing and flossing.
Some good work put in.
