Try body rows with a door frame for reps and time.

Re: Eva T's WOD Compilation

Today I'm feeling foolish enough to try a vairation of one of Eva's WOD's here:

10 rounds for time of:

10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
400m run

We'll see how it goes.

"Do one air squat and take one breath, ( you can breath all you want while you do the squat or squats) do 2 and take 2 breaths etc...up to 10, and then come back down to one."

I saw this one on gymjones way back when, except it was 45# thrusters, and instead of going up to 10 and back down it was go as high as you can until you can't control your panicked breathing.

Re: Eva T's WOD Compilation

Outstanding. My wife will love the fact that I can always have something in my back pocket. It never gets old and you can always max out. Thanks George and Eva. Now we can go camping this summer to places that dont have a gym right beside it and still do some sort of WOD to keep the cycle going.

Re: Eva T's WOD Compilation

Awesome list of exercises!! I've been coming up with my own variations for off days or days I want to double up on the WOD's, but it's nice to have the thought taken out of it. Thanks!!

Great list!! I have added it to my book of pain! My Marines hate me when I whip out something new. They never knew their own body weight could inflict so much damage in such a short amount of time! Keep'em coming.

Re: Eva T's WOD Compilation

I'm new to crossfit, just finished watching Eva's video, talk about amazing. Definitely one of the most inspirational I've seen.

How long do most of these WOD take place for? Did she do the 10 rounds in 30min, etc?

David,
If you are talking about today's video, she did the 10 rounds in 20 minutes. The workout is called "Nate". It is a hero workout and very demanding. The aspect that is so amazing is that Eva did the workout at the fully prescribed weight. 70 pounds is a good bit to be swinging around. Not sure of Eva's size, but I'm guessing she is not 170-175 pounds (the workouts are based off of a 170-175 pound fit male).
