It's hard to tell because the camera is trained very narrowly on your crotchel region. It's not terrible, but could use some work (referring to your swings -_-). You are hyper extending.

Just google or youtube Kettlebell Jeff Martone. That'll do you well.

Do not think about squatting at all as a way to think about swings. It's much more of a deadlift in nature.

Proper form begins before you even pick the weight up. Your back looks quite rounded when you go to pick the kettle bell up. Here is a demo that may help http://youtu.be/igfHMcmiN2k WFS
