Homemade Squat Rack and Pull-up bar.

Can anybody give me suggestions on how to build a Squat Rack and Pull-up bar station? I'm dying for one but don't want to spend $1000-$2000.

Search and ye shall find.

However, you can get a decent set-up for well under 1-2k. I scored my first cage on craigslist for USD100 and my second for USD200. They were both bombproof and had pullup bars.
