20 push press (single arm) 40#

Double unders were broken up. Counted failed. Attempt to keep pace moving.

800m run, 6 negative push-ups
400m run, kb rdl, 20 broad jump, 20 pike ups

14 minute amrap
60m shuttle sprint
20 plyo lunges
Zig zag,shuttle course

12 rounds + 12 plyo lunges

Wed night
Mobility work (shoulders and hips)
5 dragon flyes

Thursday
Warm-up:
800m run, 10 Pike ups, tripod handstands
400m run, 20 wall balls, 20 strict db press

15 MIN amrap
15 front squats #95
10 bar over by burpees
15 hspu (45# plate and abmat)

4 rounds

Last 2 rounds did 5 hspu per coach to keep intensity
