Update: trying to not be a spammer i sent out an email to all 900 logistall users by hand over the past couple of days with my personal gmail account to inform people of site updates/upgrades... - then the site promptly crashed... arg. thanks to david sailor and others i was notified and fixed the problem (too many entries too quickly and the data type i was using wasn't big enough...)

everything seems to be ok now - and the quality and quantity of data for the standings continues to improve. I've built a admin tool that lets me pull out obvious data entry mistakes from the standings - so if you come across a time that is clearly out of place, please let me know so i can take care of it.
