Jesse Emers- Get Beast

I've been crossfitting regularly for about 4 months. Decided to move my training log online. I'm currently 6'1"/198lb

3 Rounds:
10 Pullups
10 Back Extension
10 Dips
10 Inclined Situps
10 Squats

Front Squats 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
245,255,265,270(PR),270,270,265,265,265,265

DB power snatches to waiter walks (1 each arm)
85lb 75-85 feet
100lb 75-85 feet

Handstand/ Freestanding HS pushup practice

Squats felt ok. Full ROM. Pretty happy with the loads. I didnt load the weight to failure on purpose. I didn't feel 100% however (been eating pretty bad). Back rounded too much during the last rep. Waiter walks are awesome. Handstands were ok.

Cindy- 11 rounds in 10 min... I gave up half way through. No good excuses, just wussed out.

*Pretty dissapointed about giving up half way through Cindy. Today was the first day I had to get up at 0530 which could have had something to do with it, but it was all pretty much weak will power. Was ****ed off so I did the PC WOD from last week. Got a PR so I feel slightly redeemed.

*Well that Michael sucked. Woke up at 0530 and worked until 1730. I was tired before I got to the gym and after the warmup I could tell that I was going to be slow. I couldnt really help it and I'm blaming it on my work schedule. Didn't even have a break in the day to eat so I just ate a bunch of nuts/seeds and fruit in between flights. Had some stomach cramping during the runs. My situps and back extensions were pretty much as fast as they could be, I just had to slow the hell down on the treadmill. I really need to find a way to bring more substantial foods to work. Hopefully my body will get used to this schedule. Happy about the +20 MU... Right shoulder has slight twinge after workout.

Battled "Diane" for a PR of 4:29 (very close to old PR 4:30)

21-15-9 reps of:
225 pound Deadlift
Handstand push-ups

*Weighed in at 194lb this morning. I need to figure out how to eat more wholesome at work. Tried to do some DB snatches after Diane but I was pretty dead and they were looking pretty ugly. Its very hard for me to imagine going much faster than this on Diane. I had no feelings of puking, but I was imagining myself just passing out as I was going from the DLs to the HSPUs. I actually get pretty nervous before this WOD because I know its my best and I'm going to have to try my hardest to get a PR. The old PR of 4:30 was measured using a wallclock and I'm sure I estimated, so the gap is probably longer than 1 second. Chicken cooking in crockpot.

*I went into this WOD not expecting much. Worked out on 18+ hour fast, first time fasting in a couple weeks. Gonna start IF again 1 or 2x per week. Really took my time and concentrated on form in cleans. This is 2nd time doing Elizabeth and I beat my last time by about 10sec, lol, even though I was concentrating on taking my time. Once I decide to start doing this with ring dips, the time will start to look more normal. My job is making it really difficult for me to maintain a desire to keep fit, but I'm trying my best to keep on track. Last 2 days I ate pretty bad, but I should be ok for the rest of the week.
