Potomac CrossFit - looking for space in Nothern VA and Washington DC

CFers, we sent in our paperwork last week and are awaiting word back on our affiliation. We are actively seeking a spot in Norther Virginia (N. Arlington, Crystal City) and Washington, DC (all over), but we are meeting up with a lot of problems with any and all commercial real estate agents we talk to. They do not understand our business model and they have all been pretty uninterested in helping us.

If anyone out there has been scoping a spot and saying "Man! That would be a great place for CF gym" please get in touch. We've got our capital together and have begun to purchase equipment. We just need a place to hang our hat.

Well, you can probably search online fairly effectively. Just search for commercial real estate stuff. Sorting through all the property is gonna be tough though especially since there's not really any category with a higher ceiling you may want for mounting a climbing rope or rings or whatever.

edit: that's probably not a great place to search. After I searched once you gotta register or something to search. Just scour a bit with google.. that should work.

I've been looking a lot on loopnet, but nothing close into DC or Northern NoVa. If you see something send it my way.
