I just wanted to post this:
My workout buddy and I have gone back to our roots, 3/1, exactly as posted from the site. We were doing 5/2 and making up many of our workouts. After the HSPU/L-pull up workout I realized just how much we'd (I'd) been avoiding our weaker areas. On the FGB 12 days I ago, I hit 284. A PR of about +15. Saturday, I got 324, a Pr of 40! Just goes to show that Coach G knows more about intensity and maximizing it than I do. |

Re: Fgb Pr
And then shaved 1 minute off of my Fran today to 5:09. So close to sub-5, yet so far. . .
