Know what makes squatting 135lbs harder than standing on a ball? Squatting 270 on the floor like a regular person.

Meh, I know everyone hates that picture. I think being strong on an unstable platform like that is a useful skill. I remember having to lift awkward things while on the back deck of a fast boat. squatting on a ball would've been good for that.
