OK, so that was hard. Did row 500m, 10 burpees, and 95lb squat clean for 5 rounds plus the CFWU. Ouch that was hard. Today did 185lb DL 10 reps, 95lb push press 10 reps, and row 500m for 5 rounds plus CFWU, that was not as bad. Baby steps I guess

OK so starting week 6 tomorrow, feeling some better. Today was CFWU +
21 15 9 of SDHP and overhead squat 95 lbs-9:58
Still a long way to go but I can see progress

Been going pretty decent Since October, the previous 6 months was hard to get things in. Getting into a pretty good routine now and starting on week 22 of my latest cycle tomorrow.
