First "crossfit" like workout.
Hey All,
So today I did my typical SS routine, but at the end of my workout I felt like I really wanted to try some type of xfit workout. I decided to make something up - I ended up doing: Row 500 20 Box jumps Row 500 20 Box Jumps Row 500 20 Box Jumps Row 500 20 Box Jumps Although this little circuit is certainly not as tough as the WOD's, I must admit that I am hooked and can't wait to start the actual crossfit WOD's. I am almost finish with SS (probably another week), and then I will get into the swing of things. |
