We usually do at least one lifting day and a heavy WOD day during the week (Monday was Heavy Fran...95 lb thrusters were easier than I ever would have thought thanks to SS!) I've just got to sit down and spend some time thinking about my continuing goals and figure out what will work for me. What are your plans?
Nice to hear the thrusters were easy. I've never attempted the 95 lb thruster in a WOD so maybe I'l be able to when I get back to it. I'm kind of in the same boat regarding the programming. I think Josh is going to tweak my program a little to give me some more metcon. I swear I did not make him do it! LOL. But I know I'm still going to be doing the strength work for a while longer too. SS is supposed to continue for 12 weeks which would be the end of Nov. Not sure what will come after that. I guess I'll see how straong I am when I get there.

Very! I think the thought of not doing the strength work and losing strength to some degree is enough for me to want to keep it in my programming.

Geeze...Forget the DL PR, how about a popularity PR? 3 pages before most people are off work, you're the coolest kid in school.

Awesome, awesome, awesome DL! I'll give you one of these And one of theseand a (for good measure.)

Now that I know you can pull that much, I'll have to commission you to steal grass fed meats for me...Hmmm...

Thanks, Greg.

your only a few pounds away which is fantastic. well done.

actually a 2x bw dl is one of my long term goals, I'm 22.5kg away, so nearly there, hopefully I should get it in the next 6 months, so I'm only 6 months or so behind you! I'll catch up!

Re: Vanessa's1st Crossfit Journal

Pshaw. 2xBW would go up easy for you. You're looking at 5 reps at that weight.

Thank you for the pepper, super man, and kitty cat.
