any advice?
I'm close to ordering equipment and this is the list i've put together so far. Any advice on what to hold off on or what to add? I know it's a lot for a first purchase but i'm in Europe and it's much more cost efficient to order one large shipment rather then spacing them out and possibly having to wait too long for equipment while my membership grows. The cost of gear over hear is ridiculous! Thanks for any advice!

Re: any advice?
Im at about the same spot as you with ordering equipment. Some good advice I got was to only order 20in boxes. I don't know if you have home depot there but I was told to get irrigation boxes and use them for any box under 20in cause they can be stacked to gave a wide range of low height boxes and then for the 24 in boxes to just stack weights on top on the 20in boxes to get higher heights

unless you are goin be getting people who have been doing crossfit for a while i would be getting more 10kg, 20kg weight plates and less 15kg and 25kg. Really important to have more 10kg plates as this is the weight most clients will use. Also kettlebells i would be getting a few 12kg especially if you will be training beginners. Not many use the 24kg kb. And also a few more 10lb wall balls. Just my 2 cents. |

Re: any advice?
For the weaker ladies, juniors and elderly you may want to consider (using lbs as I'll just mess up the conversion):
5 lb training bumper plates (2 pairs) for snatch & press 10 lb bumper plates (5 pairs) 8 lb Rage balls And some other nice to have items: Slam balls (the cheap and light option are 8lb & 10 lb Danskin medicine balls) Lot so PVC for passthroughs & teaching lifts Something for stationary dips (for those not strong enough for ring dips) Stop watches for 1-on-1 training and/or outside WODs |

Re: any advice?
Unless I missed it, I think assistance bands for pullups are CRUCIAL.
These can also be used as an assistance for ring dips for those who can't do them RX'd. Edited: Unless that's what you mean by "strength bands". |
