FGB Help

Hello, Looking to get through FGB tomorrow, but I have no rowing machine. What is an appropriate sub? My equipment is basic so I am open to any bare bones suggestions. Thanks

I read through that section but I would like to avoid a double up on the Sumo Pulls. Any other suggestions?
