Looking for other strong distance runners

I'm on a quest to get as big and strong as I can while becoming a better long distance runner. So far I've ran two 50K's and one 50 miler. My next 50 miler is next month. Right now my deadlift is at 400 and my back squat is 300.

Anyway, I've got a blog at liftheavyrunlong.com if anyone is interested, and if you know of any others like this out there let me know. I'm having trouble finding folks via google. I follow Brian Mackenzie and have found another guy Kirs Kepler that I follow as well.

Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there in case there were any other fellow crossfitters with similar goals.

One of the trainers at my box used to be a distance guy, with races similar to yours. He's a pretty competitive CF'er as well. He still competes in ultras every now and then.
I'll let him know about your blog.

Same goals, but I'm not really strong or a good runner

Got a few races planned this year but I still need to commit. One of these days.

Here is another website of a member here and another former member.
