Crossfit Inspired "Thor" workout

I came across this sample workout in a muscle mag. Put together by strength coach Mike Knight who trained Chris Hemsworth for the movie THOR.

Please dont think of this as a generic "another movie star workout" thread. Im simply posting this because its a crossfit inspired workout, and a lot of fun!.

here it is:

Active warm up
Turkish get up with kettlebell
3 x 5

Phase 1
Battling Ropes
Tabata style (20sec on, 10sec off)

(I dont have access to battling ropes, so replace this with tabata burpees or ball slams)

Phase 2
Incline dumb-bell press (or simply a flat barbell bench press)
sets 4 reps 6

Phase 3
Five rounds as quickly as possible
of the following..

reps 10 each side, 24kg kettlebell

reps 10

From press up position , drop
onto one elbow then the other,
then reverse so you are back in
the press-up position, then
complete one full press-up.
(use weight vest 5 - 10kg)

L pull-up
reps 5

Phase 4

Five rounds of the following

Two-hand kettlebell swing
reps 10, 48kg

Medicine ball slams

reps 10

i wouldnt say this is crossfit inspired, this is just a strength and conditioning workout, people were doing this stuff well before crossfit. but yeah it looks like fun.
|Deadlift 220kgs|Strict press 75kgs|squat 162.5kgs|pullups 67|477 double unders|26rounds cindy| 2:28 Fran|6:08 annie|12 rnd NATE|full snatch 95kg|C+J 110kg|

So just another Any ******* workout?

I remember looking at some of Chris Hemsworth training articles and don't remember this conditioning workout.

48kg KB swings sounds pretty damn tough though.
