I lost a lot of weight from '04 to '07. I thought I was in shape until I started doing CF in 2007. On the first day I did the CFWU and had to stop halfway through so I didn't puke.

Man isnt this the truth. Why is it that 95% of people around you who could care less bout fitness wanna bring you down. And they dont even realize what they are doing. "Oh cmon one cupcake isnt gonna hurt." I think it makes them feel better if I lower my standards instead of them raising theirs. I like this one, "You laugh because you think Im different, I laugh because you guys are all the same."

Wow, Great work!!! That is very inspirational. I just started CF a few months a ago and I am amazed at how quickly by body has changed. When I started I could barely lift the bar and now I am snatch lifting 75lbs, and Deadlifting 135lbs. I couldn't do one push up and now I can knock out about 21 in a row before taking a break and cranking out some more. Not only am I stronger but at lost 2 inches in my belling and gained mass in my upper body. I can't wait to see where I am in a year!
