fran!

42 years old. Did Fran for the 1st time just before xmas using 65 lbs on the bar. Booked a cool 12:30 time. Thought i was going to die and was disgusted with myself. Did Fran again last week with the same weight. 6:30. holy crap

I've only done Fran once, but right on man! Cutting nearly half the time off is great.

Have done Fran twice. Managed to drop 2:30mins off my first attempt, was stoked Great work on dropping your time so much.

Thats AWESOME!!! I just completed my first Fran 2 weeks ago at level 1 Cert training. I did it in 10:01 and just learnt kipping pull ups. My hands tore in 5 places but I stuck to it and cranked it out. I look forward to doing it again and making a better time.
