Starting again after 8 months off

Last summer I was doing crossfit 4 days a week and joined a box. My wife and I got involved in a business and I no longer had any time. Well now I make enough residual income that I'm kinda retired lol. I'm so excited because I'll have time every day to get workouts in and cook all my meals. I just closed down a business last week so now I have free time.

Goals are to lose weight

I'm moving in two months to Springfield MO - anybody in that area?

Well, congrats on your apparent business success! Have fun getting back in shape, those first few workouts are going to feel pretty rough I'm sure

Re: Starting again after 8 months off

Start with only a little volume.. better to start light than rush in and get injured
