What does it cost to purchase an existing box

Hello all,
I am looking into purchasing a box medium size about 80 members. I don't believe that its much more than a hobby to the owner. Guessing that they have invested 45-50k into it a few years back.

I can't seam to find any prices for boxes that have sold.

If anyone knows of prices and areas let me know. I am in San Diego.

Re: What does it cost to purchase an existing box

My wife sold half ownership in a box for 18K. It got her out of what she owed on equipment but she didn't make any profit. This was in the mid-west where cost of living is lower than the coasts. For reference, the monthly membership for their box was $75. If you're going to buy a box in San Diego where members pay $150-200 per month, the cost of owning that business will also be higher.
